Chicken Mediterranean $20.95

Sauté strips of chicken breast topped with Julienne ham, black olives, tomatoes and artichoke hearts. Served over angel hair pasta with lemon-garlic butter. Includes toasted French bread, dinner salad and slice of cheesecake with fruit.

Chicken Monty $20.95

Grilled chicken breast with melted Monterey jack cheese, sautéed mushrooms, red onions and tomatoes. Served on a bed of blended rice and topped with zesty guacamole. Includes a side salad, fresh wheat rolls and cheesecake with fruit topping.

Herb Crusted Salmon $23.95**

Seared herb crusted 8 oz. salmon steak served on a bed of blended rice with roasted corn relish and lime-chili vinaigrette. Includes salad, fresh wheat rolls and a cappuccino brownie plate al a mode.

Pesto Shrimp and Pasta $23.95**

Sautéed shrimp served over Penne pasta tossed in a light pesto sauce. Includes dinner salad, toasted French bread and a cappuccino brownie plate al a mode.
