Cafe Bluebird has been locally owned and operated in Fort Collins, Colorado since 1982. Cafe Bluebird is a full service restaurant offering a breakfast and lunch menu featuring homemade recipes and feel good comfort food.

We are located just north of the Colorado State campus at 524 W Laurel Street. CSU students and faculty have made Cafe Bluebird a Fort Collins favorite stop during the week and our weekend specials are a must have!

Cafe Bluebird's breakfast menu features a wide variety of eggs, benedicts, skillets, waffles, crepes and more. We also brew up some of the best coffee in town to help you start your day. Our lunch menu features various salads, sandwiches, hamburgers and vegetarian dishes.

Our food mission is to create unique, inspired dishes using locally sourced ingredients and homemade recipes. We strive to provide value and excellent menu items in a cozy relaxed atmosphere. Come by and share part of your day with us!

Monday - Friday: 6:30am to 2:00pm
Weekends: 7:00am to 2:00pm
